Asst. Prof. Nattasuda Taephant

Dean of the Faculty of Psychology at Chulalongkorn University and Director and Co-founder of the Thailand Institute for Mental Health Sustainability (TIMS)

Asst. Prof. Nattasuda has over a decade of experience advancing psychological services and mental health initiatives in Thailand. Her work focuses on positive psychology, multicultural counseling, Eastern psychology, group counseling, and post-traumatic growth. She has been actively involved in promoting mental well-being at both community and institutional levels

Dr. Olarik Musigavong

Chaophraya Abhaibhubejhr Hospital & Royal Thai College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists

Dr. Olarik is an obstetrician and gynecologist with expertise in reproductive medicine, fertility care, and women’s health. His work focuses on gynecologic endocrinology, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and improving reproductive healthcare and maternal well-being. He also supports awareness and education initiatives related to women’s health and reproductive care in Thailand.

Mr. Hamish Magoffin, CFA

Founder, Perinatal Alliance for Mental Health Thailand (PAM Thailand) & PAM Foundation

Mr. Hamish is a perinatal mental health advocate working to improve awareness, research, and support for maternal mental health. Motivated by personal experience, he has dedicated his work to advancing public understanding, strengthening support systems, and fostering collaboration to improve care for mothers and families. His work focuses on advocacy, public education, research initiatives, and international partnerships in perinatal mental health.

Dr. Alain Gregoire

Perinatal Psychiatrist, Founder of Global Alliance for Maternal Mental Health

Dr. Alain is a consultant perinatal psychiatrist with more than 30 years of experience in maternal and infant mental health. His work focuses on developing perinatal mental health services, advancing policy and clinical guidance, and improving access to care for mothers and families internationally. He is widely recognized for his leadership in maternal mental health advocacy and public education.

Prof. Jane Fisher

Monash University

Prof. Jane is a clinical and health psychologist with extensive experience in women’s mental health, global health, and perinatal mental health research. Her work focuses on the social determinants of mental health during pregnancy and early parenthood, as well as the impact of maternal mental health on families and early childhood development. She is internationally recognized for her contributions to research, policy, and advocacy in perinatal mental health and women’s health.

Assoc. Prof. Napat Sittanomai

Siriraj Hospital

Assoc. Prof. Napat is a child and adolescent psychiatrist with expertise in child development, neurodevelopmental disorders, and mental health in children and adolescents. Her work focuses on autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, emotional and behavioral health, and improving mental health support and research for young people and families in Thailand.

Assoc. Prof. Annette Bauer

Associate Professor, London School of Economics & Political Science

Assoc. Prof. Annette is a health economist whose work focuses on mental health, public health, and the economic impact of health and social care interventions. Her research explores the social and economic costs of mental health conditions, including perinatal mental health, and supports the development of evidence-based policy and healthcare systems internationally. She has extensive experience working on health economics research, evaluation, and policy-related projects across multiple countries.

Assoc. Prof. Simone Honikman

University of Cape Town

Assoc. Prof. Simone is a psychiatrist and global mental health specialist whose work focuses on perinatal mental health, maternal well-being, and equitable access to mental healthcare. She has extensive experience in developing community-based mental health services, integrating mental health into maternal and child healthcare, and advancing research, training, and advocacy in perinatal mental health internationally.

Dr. Neerja Chowdhary

World Health Organization

Dr. Neerja is a psychiatrist and global mental health specialist whose work focuses on integrating mental health into primary healthcare systems, particularly in low- and middle-income countries. She has extensive experience in mental health policy, service development, implementation research, and scaling evidence-based mental health interventions through global public health initiatives.

Assoc. Prof. Phatta Kirdruang

Assoc. Prof. Phatta is an economist whose work focuses on health economics, public health policy, and socioeconomic well-being. Her research explores healthcare systems, universal health coverage, mental health, and the social and economic factors affecting population health and quality of life in Thailand.

Assoc. Prof. Chonnakarn Jatchavala

Associate Professor of Psychiatry, Prince of Songkhla University

Assoc. Prof. Chonnakarn is a psychiatrist specializing in child, adolescent, and family mental health. Her work focuses on perinatal mental health, family relationships, and psychosocial support, with extensive experience in clinical care, mental health education, and research aimed at improving mental well-being for children, parents, and families in Thailand.

Assoc. Prof. Pochamana Phisalprapa

Assoc. Prof. Pochamana is a gastroenterologist and health economist whose work focuses on health economics, healthcare quality, and ambulatory care. Her expertise includes evaluating the cost-effectiveness and impact of health services to improve patient outcomes and strengthen healthcare systems. Through research, clinical practice, and policy engagement, she contributes to advancing evidence-informed healthcare and health system improvement in Thailand.

Mrs. Chanita Seedaket Craythorne

Mrs. World 2025

Mrs. Chanita (Sammy) is a Thai advocate for maternal mental health and women’s wellbeing. As Mrs. World 2025, she has used her platform to raise awareness of postpartum depression and the importance of supporting mothers’ mental health. Through her advocacy and the “Happy Mothers” initiative, she promotes greater understanding of maternal wellbeing, family support, and the broader social impact of maternal mental health. She continues to engage in public awareness efforts in Thailand and internationally.

Mrs. Shanon McNab

United Nations Population Fund

Mrs. Shannon is a public health and development specialist whose work focuses on sexual and reproductive health, maternal health, gender equality, and women’s empowerment. She has extensive experience supporting policy development, cross-sector collaboration, and international initiatives aimed at improving the health and well-being of women, children, and families.
